Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund Gala 2026: Strength through Global Unity

On 22 May 2026, Villa Oxygène in Vallauris welcomed the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund Gala during the Cannes Film Festival. Under the theme Strength through Global Unity, the evening brought music and solidarity together in support of children and Nelson Mandela’s humanitarian legacy.

Young voices on stage

The Mougins School choir performed ensemble pieces, solos and duets. In the school’s own account of the evening, students also met Debbie Sledge of Sister Sledge, sharing a celebration of singing and dancing. Their participation gave young voices a place at the heart of the gala.

A shared commitment

The gala continued Adventure of Humanity’s support for the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund. Performances, conversations and encounters reflected the evening’s call for unity across borders and generations.
